I grind my own corn meal on a burr mill that was in my family for a long time. When you make mush out of that corn meal it tastes like CORN, not cardboard. Makes the best fried mush in the country, got to have a good heavy skillet, really hot oil, and a steady hand. Great stuff and you don't get hungry again untill dinnertime!! Paul
