Continental 4 cylinder flatheads still being made?

Just a quick question about the little Continental 4 cylinder flatheads (sidevalves) that powered so many tractors, implements, welders, etc. for years and years. They were 124's, 140's and 162's (or variations of those sizes) but the blocks were the same. Does Continental still make them or are all the new ones overhead valve models? I still seem to see a lot of them on Lincoln Welders that seem pretty new, but are they still being manufactured as new engine units? And if so, who is using them? They were a beautiful little engine and easy to work on and repair, that's for sure.
