If my memory serves correctly all three of these models share the same 3 cylinder engine. I believe the 2000 had 30 HP, the 3000 had 39 HP, and the 4000 had 52 HP. I also believe that all three were available with either 8 speed or Select O Speed transmissions. I think there may have been a 4 speed transmission available to the 2000 and 3000. You could have either transmission type or live PTO on the 2000 and 3000 models, and the 4000 had independant PTO. I suppose the difference in price reflected the increase in power and features with different models. The 4000 had a heavier rear axle in it than the other two. For a time they also made another model called the 4000SU which was a great little tractor.
