Stress can be brought on just by being too serious In all you do. I used to work hard to please everybody and that caused me stress now I just please myself and the world seems to follow suite causing me to have less stress.
All of life will pass you if you don't take time out to enjoy, so you got to stop and "smell the roses" before it's too late.
