What I would suggest that you do is first remove all spark plugs and attempt to crank engne. This will tell you is there is anything in the cylinders that is preventing it from cranking such as water fuel etc. Should this not make a change then remove the starter to make sure that it is not stuck(the humming tells me that the starter wants to turn). With the starter out take a large screwdriver or the like and turn the engine by prying on the ringgear teeth where the starter was. Take the time to turn the engine at least one complete revolution and this will tell you that the engine is free. Replace the starter and again attempt to crank. If it will crank then the starter was possibly stuck and if not then the starter needs work. All this assumes that all starter electrical connections are good and the battery is good. the clicking tells me there may be a problem here. When you get it cranking good with the strter I would suggest that you crank it (with plugs out) untill you can detect at least a little oil pressure -this shouldn't take too long good luck
