I've had all three and the best luck I had was with the Fords. I have a 2004 Dodge one ton now and I bought it because of the Cummins. It now has 106,000 and has been worked since new pulling trailers gross wieght 18,000 to 22,000 with towing miles being about 2/3 of total miles. I'm not hard on my equipment and I'm big on making sure service and PM is done. I've had to replace all the ujoints, also left frt axle joint and right now need to replace the right frt axle joint and right lower ball joint. Friends of mine with fords haven't had these problems but have had problems with glow plugs. Can't say much about Chevy, not many around here.
