I couldn't find a replacement for my tractor so here's what I did: 1) Clean all the cracks with rubbing alcohol. 2) Fill them in with Locite Cold-Weld. This is a two-part epoxy compound. Take your time, use an old Popsicle stick or something similar and try to get the new surface to be at the same level as the old. This will make the next step easier. The epoxy does not shrink when it dries. 3) Sand with 120 grit sandpaper. 4) Polish with a Scotch Brite pad. 5) Paint with interior/exterior acrylic enamel. I used flat black. You can buy tiny cans at any hardware store. Brush on smoothly with a small brush. 6) When dry, rub the whole steering wheel down with rubbing compound (like you would use on paint). Mine came out looking as good as new. Total material cost for everything above was under $15. Good luck!
