So many variables. Weight of tractor, size of tractor, tire size, and most important, soil. I have 1983 67 PTO HP MF-690 8000 lbs 2WD 18.4X30 rears 500 lbs front weights. Have pulled 4 x 16 inch, have pulled 4 X 14 inch, have pulled 3 X 14 inch. Soils very variable. Seem to pull 4 X 14 about right, but can plow about as much ground with the 3 X 14 because can increase ground speed, less wheel slip, etc. I would figure about 20 PTO HP per 14 to 16 inch bottom, little better with your 4WD.
