Pstk your tractor with the valve stemat 12 o'clock. Remove valve stem core and attach a piece od tygon tubing with a hose clamp, if necessary,then place other end in a bucket.Move tractor so that the valve stem is at the 6 0'clock position and the fluid will drain into the bucket. Most of it anyway. To get it all out you may have to have the Tire shop pump it out with thier machine - costly.
