like you, I was tired of replacing the thin stainless steel burners every year or two. Then I saw one at the store that had cast iron burners, and I've been very happy with it. Four main burners, a side burner, and a back rotissere burner, for a shade under $400. The brand is Grill Zone. I have not seen one in a store since that has the cast iron burners, even in the same brand. It might take some searching.
