Bob Oh got you covered on the removal. Just cut yourself a thin paper washer to keep the excess from getting on the bearing. The paper will self destruct when you start the engine. As for tightening the nut, if you will install a flat washer between the pulley and the nut it should help you center the pulley to the shaft as the nut is tighten. It will work.
