If nothing else, and I was stuck, and not wanting to spend much money on it... I'd probably either run it or weld it depending on just how bad it looks. Grind it back to shape and give it a whirl. I think that's when you get to the "I got nothin' to lose stage".

I am already thinking about putting it together and then welding the edge back. If it is thicker than it was before, there is nothing that it will hit..
