Lots of suggestions; 1) take all the plugs out and burn them dry. 2) Static time that engine with the TDC(Center) mark on the flywheel and the mag rotor pointing DIRECTLY at the #1 terminal 3) Make sure your firing order is in the direction of travel of the rotor. 4) LET THE CLUTCH ALONE WHILE PULLING DON'T KEEP PUSHING IT IN AND RELEASING. ONLY PUSH IN WHEN STOPPING OR THE TRACTOR STARTS 5) MAN UP and crank that engine by hand, NOT the way you did when bringing oil pressure up, BUT by PULLING the crank in HALF TURNS, if the timing is right you will get a pop, if it isn;t it will jerk the crank out of your hand OR break your arm. 6) If you have things right (which you DON'T) that B should have fired and started before you got to the road the first time.
