Hope full I get back in to Farming!! been away from working on an farm for last 6 years and found one that is closer to where we live.. am going out this weekend see the farmer and farm.
not sure how many acres and does have crop corn soybeans, wheat, and hay.. Cows too..
How much yearly pay should ask for? 2800 an month?
I may plan on bringing over my JD 4000 and 22' box truck and trailer.. and other tools that I own.
Farmer did see my Resume and called up pretty right away wanted see me and my wife! oh wow..
I know how hard I am at farm work always get the job done no matter what..
just need your in put on what pay should be. I dont think I would like go by the HR pay..
