I'm not a Farmall collector, but would guess it is a pretty desireable tractor. It is not near as common as a 460-560 and is a nice size to trailer behind a 1/2 ton truck. Both of those and the diesel motor should drive the price up. If the TA works that is another plus. Finally the fast-hitch will help the value.
I really don't know what it is worth, but if it were mine and it runs and operates well, I would put it on the photo ads here and price it at 3,500.
