I've only worked a small amount on injection pumps, most of my experience coming from trade school, and from what I can recall you could spend close to a week just discussing the different types(port and helix metering, inlet metering, etc.)and how each of them operate..........
An effective rebuilder needs to understand the operation of the component they are working on and they will not learn that info. in 2 days for one pump let alone half a dozen types...........In 2 days you may be able to show people how to replace a few parts within the pump but at the end of the course they won't know why they replaced them nor will they be able to troubleshoot problems with the pump when it is in operation on the engine..........
Of course that is my opinion and is in no way meant to deter you from your plans, I'm just tossing a few things out there to think about............
