Here at Farmington it is about the same. We had alot of hail at about 6 this morning. There were still piles of it at 9:30am. I fed hay on friday and there was about 8 inches of mud and a layer of frozen ground below that. I took the 4 wheeler and went to the back of the pasture to look at the creek today between storms and it would seem the frost is gone after 2 days of rain.. It was so muddy today the cows seemed to be content just hanging out up on the concrete around the buildings.
Friday afternoon this creek was about 6 inches deep and 2 foot wide. That is a 16 foot gate in the corner of the picture so you can see the water is really running. Starting to look like we could have another late spring. bill
