Let me start by saying that I have made mistakes, myself, but it sounds as if you did not completely bench bleed the master cylinder. I, NOW bench bleed these by bolting the master cylinder in place and bleeding them COMPLETELY, prior to reinstalling the lines. If this is the case, let your truck sit overnight with a full reseviour of brake fluid and bleed them tomorrow. It may still take awhile, but most of the air should settle to either the bottom(calipars, slave cylinders)or the top(master cylinder).
