Cub Cadet 1420 hydrostatic drive problem

I have a Cub Cadet 1420 with a hydrostatic drive
that appears to be out of adjustment.

I have to move the drive lever forward about 1/3
before the tractor starts to move, the same in
reverse. It developed this problem over a few months.

I changed the hydro fluid and filter, but the problem
remains.

Any ideas?
