the county has one as needed due to fire danger and a large number of tourists, smoking inside private homes and vehicles only, no smoking outside at all, first offence is 500 bucks fine, no warnings or exceptions, the rules are plainly posted on large signs on every road into the area, in the next town, a local bar owner parked a retired school bus right in front of his place, its a "privatly owned vehicle" and is for bar patrons who just can't do without a smoke, [ smoking is for tobacco only] works very well, in fact since he's apparently the only bar owner so far smart enough to do that his bar business has actually increased
