Not much to do here in winter but most all the local town have their own laws on smoke'n so they most all have out side patios now and it's pretty nice. Makes every one happy in summer. You can set out side, enjoy a beer and a smoke. Most of the time there is enough wind that non smokers don't fuss too much, and they can always go inside.
I can see both sides of this as you do. What I have to come to beleive is that capitalism always wins. When do gooders try to shut something down, some one will find a loop hole and make money.
