There's a TV kind of documentary here about folks that leave Germany. The one the other day was a family of 4 going to a little town near Winnepeg. The Dad (42) was hired before they moved and the 20 year old son walked up to a store and got a job right away. Sure it was dressed a little for the sake of the TV, but you'd think there was homegrown folks to fill the jobs.
