I agree with you. Where does it stop? Scales at the Diary Queen ? We are a nation of obeseity. So you have a mother & kids in her car smoking on her way to Mickey D's get a heart attack in a box. Do we ticket her for smoking ? or setting a bad lifestyle for kids?? I am not saying smoking isn't bad for you. But would you stand in a garage with door closed with 10 people smoking or 1 car running. Your choice!!!!!!! Now we need to look all these tractors belching black smoke.
