Been a while since I retired from Honda service dept., but I think you need to pop out the switches on the dash below the instrument pod, there may be a blank cover in one of the holes. Behind where the switches were are two screws that need to come out. With the steering wheel in lowest position, there is just enough room to pull the pod out far enough to disconnect several wire plugs, use care with these things. When you get the pod all free, find a clean soft space and start removing screws and pieces to separate the plastic lens from the circuit board. At this point it is all obvious but haste can cause a need for bad words. Hope this helps.
