Something you might check on first,we were told a few years ago NOT to use the tires designed for front wheel drive on the rear drives.Something about belt layment not being designed for high torque use.This was on 28" and 30" tires.Hope I'am 100%wrong and you can use them,but it might pay to look into it first.The replacement for a 18.4 is 480/85r-34.
