I have had a backhoe & front end loader on Ferguson F40 for 30 years. I bought a new industrial John Deere loader backhoe (TLB110). Took the loader & backhoe off of the F40. The backhoe was a John Deere designed for a 40hp Tractor. The little tractor handled it great for 30 years (with external pump).even though it is only rated at about 28hp I think Put a plow on the little 40 and went to plowing yesterday. I have 4 tractors. A Kubota B1750, An AC model ca, the John Deere TLB and the F40. The F40 is the quietest smoothest easiest handling of them all. I believe I could drag the new John Deere backwards with it even with it's age.
