Feel very fortunate for that new neighbor. I feel very lucky for the good neighbors I do have that we can turn to each other when it is needed. Unfortunately, it only takes a couple really bad ones to put black clouds over the neighborhood. One person in the immediate area has a really bad attitude towards people in general. No, this person was never done wrong to but success has made this person EXTREMELY arrogant. Another feels that EVERYONE has done this individual wrong. People that I relate dealings that I have had with these people find it laughable when they hear it. But since they do not know these people personally, they can't see the ugliness behind it. The point is that you want to take every step possible to protect/support that friendship. The alternatives can sometimes be far worse. I posted this not so much as a reply, but as a way to get out something on my mind as of late.
