D-Link's normally have an internal address of '192.168.0.1'. If you go to your wired PC - bring up Internet Explorer, and then enter that address (just those #'s (if that doesn't work, another common gateway address is 192.168.1.1)

If you assigned a password to the router, put that in - otherwise, I think "admin" for userid and nothing for the password will get you in on Dlink routers.

From that control screen, you can set up all the wireless parameters - and then go upstairs and set up the wireless connection on the other PC.
