The washer fluid won't eat the tube up but the algae will. If you use washer fluid go by Wally world and get some of the water conditioner like you put in a waterbed and your problem is solved it keeps the funk out of the tire..

Earthmaster Project Progress Just a little update on my Earthmaster......it's back from the dead! I pulled the head, and soaked the stuck valves with mystery oil overnight, re-installed the head, and bingo, the compression returned.
