Yes I've got a pile and since I didn't start until the early 90's have spent quite a few dollars. The expense overload meter pegged on the two separate occasions I purchased a copy of JD's 1960 Modern Farming. There are many other copies in circulation but have seen only one other on display in a private collection. Farmall Super MTA literature may not seem inexpensive but it is a relative bargin compared to most of the JD 30 series paper. Interested in early-mid fifties stuff until 1984 when IH sold out. Hats off to those that were astute enough to nab the paper when it was free at the dealer. Our family was too frugal to buy new equipment and didn't often purchase new parts, so dealer visits at best were very infrequent. Therefore not much chance to build a collection and the few pieces that did happen to come home were tattered beyond repair from repeated viewing/dreaming and were subsequently discarded.
