What serial number? The late 3130's had a transmission update that the 3140's used. How did a Mannheim 3130 come to be in Idaho? Check the trans screen and trans filter for wet brake material in case somebody dumped in a non wet clutch oil. Use a PH and chemistry test strip in the coolant. If the corrosion inhibitor is gone.
