If you can find any kind of a number on the engine or chassis, tire size, or other info someone may be able to assist you.
You may also want to put your request on the Garden Tractor forum site.

Product Review: Black Tire Paint - by Staff. I have been fortunate in that two of my tractors have had rear tires that were in great shape when I bought the tractor.
