Some advice that I learned a long time ago working on these things - Take one project at a time.
I know that you're anxious to get your C running, but you should consider finishing the B project first. Otherwise, you run the risk of getting parts mixed up, and before you know it, you have one mass of two project tractors, and nothing gets finished. (Experience speaking here)
If you have room in another barn, move the C out of the garage (make Mom happy), finish the B with the shiny, new parts that you received from the Parts Fairy, then tackle the C. And if you think about it, the more you learn from the first project will only help you on the next one.
And before you beat on another tire with a pipe, maybe you should consider making some phone calls to DickL or one of the other gurus. They may be able to talk you through a simple leak over the phone, or at least point you in the right direction.
I've enjoyed watching your videos. Keep up the good work, and pretty soon, you'll have two nice tractors to be proud of!
