Burrhead quoted the hp difference. The H has a few more hp. I've driven both and it always seemed to me that the H lugged better too, maybe because it has a slower running engine. So if you were gonna use it in flat, open spaces it would have the advantage. Since neither one of them has live pto that would be noticeable. I think you would find the 9N to be a lot handier for any other light tasks and easier to drive in general. Most H's seem to have narrow front ends and that can get real interesting on hills or rough ground. Also should you decide to sell the Ford you might have to wait a day or two for the phone to ring. The H might be a longer wait. You probably would have more money tied up in the Ford, but you should get it back when you sell.
