I can't vouch for the penetrating qualities of pb blaster, but I can give you one use for it---Killing wood bees. I had some that seemed to be immune to all kinds of insect sprays---read one time from a post on here how pb blaster kills wood bees....I sprayed it into the holes they had made, and it killed the ones in there, and I haven't seen a wood bee around there since!!! I couldn't believe it, I had been spraying them and nothing seemed to work, but the pb blaster did it, and didn't seem to stain the wood or anything....I have no idea why it works so good on them! I did (and do) have an M farmall with a stuck piston, the pb blaster didn't "undo" 20 years of rust though!!
