Final drive gear oil ok and looks clean but found out transmission is leaking from a check plug that was left out and around left brake seal nest to fender and oh yes a little hole we had to put jb weld in. It was very milky from water so got a guy starting on it thursday and he wants to use the 140 weight gear oil for trans and final drive and pto. He use to work for ih harvester for over 25 years. Thanks for your comment and info. Now I know I paid too much for the tractor but at least I will have it and the motor is good and I guess the transmission too just that it leaks.
