you shouldnt plow when it is too wet
( take a hand full of dirt and compress it toegether lika a snowball and open your hand, the dirt should fall apart not stay in a ball then it is dry enough to pow , the same thing with disking, if you are going to disk
do it about a week after plowing or longer
