This is a loaded question. Kind of like the Ford vs Dodge vs Chevy or Repub vs dem etc. I can tell you there are a host of websites out there with tons of info. As a former 6.0 owner I can tell you that the 6.0 cost Ford $1 billion (yes, thats a "B") in warranty costs. People will tell you only the chipped and modified 6.0 failed but thats not true. My 04 had only 12,000 bone stock miles on it when I got rid of it in 06 and got a Cummins Dodge. After numerous problems I hope my ford went to the crusher!
