I have fallen in love with a tractor the runs on LP. I have heard that LP gives you all disadvantages of gasoline (ignition problems) with the difficulty of stating of a diesel??? We are in Texas so I am not to worried about cold starts, but I do not want to pull the thing every time I start it. I have also heard the engines of LP tractors last longer that gasoline engines?? I want to put a tank in yard and run the house on LP and fill the tractor. Then forget the 40 cent a gal. road tax one pays on gasoline. Can you fill an LP tractor with a small tank like one uses for a gas grill??? say if you ran out of fuel in the field???
