I've asked this question here before and got a few answers that were 'maybe' ones, so here goes again. I've got a Massey 333 (same as the 33 really) and a chance to pick up a factory hydraulic pump from a 44. The Massey factory pumps bolted onto the front left of the engine (on the housing where you add engine oil into). The pump on a 33 looks exactly the same as on a 44 and the physical outside measurements of the housing seem the same, or at least as close as I can measure them with a tape. Does anyone know for sure if a 44 pump and it's associated mounting casting and drive gear can be installed on a 333 (or 33)? Thanks
