I thought all the heat was under my collar and cap george. I had'nt noticed the weather. We got Debby coming along now so maybe it will rain one day soon. Yeah I forgot the lawn mowers. I was still reeling over the tractors. It did'nt say how they were going to check equipment yet. It won't make any difference on the older ones which fuel you use, it's the equipment itself that's being done away with. If you casn get the newer stuff to EPA standards it will be ok'd, but if not they said they'll retire it. I take it that "retire" by the gov boys must mean junk it out.
