Empty pockets, looser fitting pants maybe. Bib overalls. If you have to wear a belt, adjust it so it rides in a better spot. Get used to carrying yourself and sitting as straight as possible. If you sit a lot, try one of the big balls. Looks kinda dorky but helps you build muscles and posture. Painkillers as a last resort they don"t fix anything just hide the symptom. Look at accupressure and/or magnet therapy (google both and read up a little maybe get a book).
Maybe start with an alignment from a GOOD bone crusher but don"t make it a habit.
