Just read the thread below talking about guages and price gouging. One comment talked about being able to get OEM guages for an old machine. I know that in years past alot of OEM's used Faria guages in their machines. I've seen guages that are well over 30 years old made by Faria that are still in the machines and still operational. So, for those of you looking for a new guage for your machine, if it was origionally made by Faria, no matter what color the machine, click on the link and see what all you can still get.
If Faria doesn't have what you need do a search for Murphy guages. I've used their switch guages in applications where other name brand guages have failed. The other good thing about Murphy is they have switchguages that combine a switch in with the guage to control 'idiot lights', shutdown circuits, etc. In my case it allowed me to eleminate two problematic parts (guages and individual stitches) into one reliable part and also eleminate alot of feet of wiring between switches in the process.
