You can't "sell" your client base unless they are under contract and thus be assigned a value. Also , for future referance , what you were/are doing is ILLEGAL and if your State finds out you are in deep $hit. Did you carry any type liability insurance? You run over some lady's cat or put holes in their vinyl siding and you will be in court. And then the State will fine you because the plaintif will contact them first. What you have is not a bussiness. It's a time bomb. Don't get me wrong , I applaud you and your entrepeneurist energy. Your future is owning the bussiness , not punching the clock for someone elses. You have the work ethic down , now you need to study up on the bussiness and regulations end of it (before you get caught) Again , if you had a state liscensed bussiness with customers under contract , you could sell it for assets plus remaining contracted revenues only. Any other customer bussiness is only speculation at best.
