You might want to check the engine with a screw driver at the flywheel gear ring before you get shook up about the engine. Or put a socket on the crank pully bolt to spin the motor a little. If it won't turn like that the engine is stuck. The GM starters will seize up and corrode from sitting so that you think the engine is stuck, but it's actually the starter that won't work. Yep you can pull crank a powerglide. Be sure the engine is'nt locked up before you pull it. If the motor is'nt locked you can put about any kind of oil or ATF in the cylinders to cut the crud out, I would squirt something in the cylinders and let it soak awhile before I cranked it to get some lube on the rings and piston skirts. I never did do any good at 25 mph tho, it was always 35 or up for me. Pull it in neutral up to about 35 and pull it down to low it should crank off.
