I am not sure, this whole thing took place while I was out of town and my wife was sick in bed. She called me and said there was some sort of ruckus going on outside. So I told Her that I had just gotten and email that I had been sent a cow for my birthday not to worry about it I would handle it. So I called or local butcher and told him to pick it up, butcher it, and not to call my wife as she was very sick and where I was working and would not have any service.
