Did he have a sudden personality change or has this come on gradually ? With all those other medical problems I wonder if he may not have had a stroke. Seriously, passing out that many times. He needs to see a doctor now, they may be no tomorrow for him. Anyone can deny medical care,if that is an informed decision, but this guy seems to have a loose grip on the facts about his health and can't understand the consiquences of his decisions, that is what I would tell the judge anyway. If it were my family member I would call 911, get him some help, and if he hated it I would let him see a Judge and explain why he is competent to make those decisions. Is wifes idea that she dosen't want to force him to see a doctor because he may not follow the advice seems strange, cause he is doing that now.
