Pedals -- on a C they were fairly straight, SC they curved back toward the operator
Brakes -- band brakes on a C, disc on a SC
Motor -- 113 in a C, 123 in a SC
Radiator -- taller by about 2" on the SuperC, which leads to other differences, like a taller grille and a wider gap between the top of the hydraulic block and the bottom of the fuel tank on the SC
Cooling -- SC came stock with a water pump in place of the plain inlet at the bottom left front of the crankcase, and a thermostat in the upper neck. The upper neck was different from that on the C so that it could a) accommodate the thermostat and b) reach to the taller radiator.
There will also be slight differences in the transmission casting to accommodate the fast-hitch.
