Good morning.
Been a while since I"ve been on here so I haven"t had a chance to post. We lost a good friend last week here in S. Ohio. His name was Harold Ross. For many many years he was our local John Deere Dealer. He was a founding member of the Ohio Two Cylincer club, an avid antique John Deere collector, a great friend to the community, a great friend, and a good man. He will be missed. His son organized a tribute for him on the day of his funeral. Several of his friends brought their tractors to the funeral home and then escorted him to the cemetary. I took my 720 and joined the line. Despite the fact that we sat through a downpour the entire time, it was an experience I won"t soon forget. The picture is of Harold on the left with John Smiley on the right. The 520 in the background was sold by Harold to John"s dad. God bless.
