If it has a distributor you need to check for battery voltage to the coil with the ignition switch in the on position. Use a volt meter or a test lite. If there's no voltage at the coil you then need to check your ignition switch for voltage. See if voltage is being fed to the switch and if there's voltage to the terminal on the switch that feeds voltage to your coil. Clean the points with some 320 wet or dry until shiny. If they're pitted replace them.
If you have a magneto you won't have battery voltage to it since they don't need it. Clean the points in it too. Then see if you have fire to your plugs. No fire could mean a weak coil, condenser or weak magnets since they're required when they pass by the coil. Hal
